The solution, which will be built by hybris’ implementation partner Neoworks, www.neoworks.com, will provide Healthy Direct’s customers with a complete transactional and information site to provide a better on-line shopping experience. The basis of the e-commerce solution is the implementation of hybris’ product information management software, which will enable Healthy Direct to easily manage the detailed information associated with health products, which is essential to the consumer customer base.

Healthy Direct chose hybris because of its broad range of functionality, ease of use and adaptability to support complex processes. As a health business with complex regulatory requirements, their product information needs are extensive.
