Lloyds TSB has launched a website, called Help I'm Flooded, to provide information for people who have been affected by or are at risk from the floods that have been sweeping parts of the UK.

The site, www.helpimflooded.co.uk, was built by search conversion agency Tamar in just 72 hours, to help and support both Lloyds TSB and non-Lloyds TSB customers.

It consists of 17 pages and offers content to help personal and business customers, providing advice, prevention tips and useful contact numbers. It also has website links relating to people with homes, cars and small to medium sized businesses that are at risk from or affected by flooding.

Neil McCarthy, director at Tamar, said: "It is great to see a large organisation like Lloyds TSB doing something to help people affected by flooding, and we are delighted to be a part of this project, completing the website build in record time. With natural search and links from other Lloyds TSB websites driving traffic to www.helpimflooded.co.uk we expect the site to prove a huge success."

Simon Roberts, eBusiness implementation manager at Lloyds TSB Insurance, said: "During this difficult time, we wanted to try and help the general public as quickly as possible. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and have had some great feedback from our customers. We will be continually updating the website to provide as much information as possible over the coming weeks."
