Channel Intelligence (CI) introduces TrueTag™, a new suite of tools designed to make it easier for marketers to implement, track and award sales credits, as well as accurately measure the performance of all their online advertising programs. TrueTag™ is the latest addition to the company’s SellCast™ Retailer Solutions product family.

One of the key services in the suite is TrueTag™ Sales Commissioner. Retailers typically run multiple online advertising programs at one time with the hope that they can increase traffic and sales for their site. Because of this, a high number of sales are susceptible to unintended double and triple counting across various campaigns. Determining which referral lead should be awarded the sale is solely the retailer’s responsibility which isn’t an easy task to undertake. TrueTag™ Sales Commissioner provides retailers with an unbiased tracking system designed to award sales based on the retailer’s pre-defined business rules.

TrueTag™ Pixel Manager lets retailers streamline the efforts required to begin new campaigns with automatic installation of tracking pixels, eliminating the need for IT involvement for each new promotion.

TrueTag™ Campaign Analyst (BETA) gives an accurate view of metrics for each campaign in one portal for easy tracking and comparison of effectiveness across different promotions and advertising outlets according to campaign, product category or SKU.
