Geoff Henderson, ex-IBM director of the Financial Services Sector, has become a director of Netalogue plc, which specialises in internet catalogues and e-commerce solutions and is quoted on PlusMarkets. He had a 25-year international career with IBM in senior sales and marketing positions and was responsible for growing its UK, Ireland, Netherlands and South African banking business.

Commenting on the appointment today, Gareth Williams, Netalogue’s chairman said: “We have been fortunate in attracting someone of Geoff’s calibre just as the company moves into an expansionary phase with exciting projects afoot. For the last six months he has been working with us in a consultative capacity and has assisted in our plans for the future.”

Mr. Henderson also served as a member of the Bank of England Regional Council for the NW of England whose principal role is to advise the MPC on interest rates.
