Email marketing company Pure has launched sophisticated new software which will help brands identify when recipients are most likely to open and engage with their email campaigns.

Intelligent Time Sending is a new feature of the PureResponse email system, which is currently used by 600 brands.

Intelligent Time Sending is aimed at companies wanting to increase open rates and capture their customers’ full attention; increasing chances of sales or further interaction with the brand.

It’s based on the recipient’s individual behavioural history, which includes information on when they clicked or opened previous emails, and when they initially subscribed or opted-in to receive a brand’s marketing. The system will use this data to calculate the optimal time to send an email to each recipient. It will automatically schedule the email to be sent to the recipient within one hour of the optimal time.

“Intelligent Time Sending increases the likelihood of recipients engaging properly with brands’ marketing messages,” said Darren Fell, Founder of Pure. "This is the first system of its kind that analyses the behaviour of the user through their interaction with historical emails and calculates the most receptive time they will open and click through. One of our customers has seen an instant 16-25% rise in email interaction. This is an exciting addition to the PureResponse email platform and as far as we know, a unique offering in the marketplace.”

Intelligent Time Sending is part of the Enterprise e-Marketing Toolset which includes Enterprise Reporting; a highly analytical programme that enables brands to track and measure every aspect of email campaigns.
