OV Prophet will enable users to view, measure and manage every facet of their online application, infrastructure and systems.
Commenting on the objectives for the show, Malcolm Duckett, VP marketing for speed-trap said: “OV Prophet is targeted at e-business managers and marketing functions in enterprises for whom the web-channel is important, and is designed to allow them to gain real-time access to accurate, detailed and complete information on the user-experience as delivered to their customers and the business performance of their web-sites and applications.”
Commenting upon the capabilities provided, Carol Watt, UK Software Marketing Manager for HP said: "This exciting collaboration with speed-trap enables us, via our channel partners, to bring a very powerful e-business tool to market. With OV Prophet, web content managers, marketers, e-business management teams, operations staff and so on, can have a comprehensive view of each and every visitor to their website, an amazingly helpful tool in their quest to promote increased on-line business".
Discussing the unique capabilities of the solution Simon Burton, VP sales at speed-trap explained: “Because OV Prophet incorporates speed-trap’s patented client-side collection technology, it is able to provide a complete cross-application view without the cost involved in deploying traditional data-warehouse solutions. With modern dynamic sites and portal technologies the only place where all the data comes together, is in the client’s browser as the web page is displayed and OV Prophet is there to record the experience. This means we can provide reporting which integrates customer records, product details, 3rd party information and content management and database systems without needing to implement a backend integration – in reality, we’re delivering loaded CRM solutions at shrink wrapped prices!”
HP and speed-trap will demonstrate OV Prophet live on stand D55 at Technology for Marketing 2004, showing how, via interactive custom-defined dashboards, marketers, content managers, e-business management teams and operations staff, etc., can have a comprehensive view of each and every visitor to their website. This unique facility will include speed-trap's patented ClickMap and Visitor Session Replay visualisations, along with OVIS's market-leading infrastructure monitoring capabilities.
Visitors to speed-trap/HP stand D55 will also be able to enter a competition enabling them to win a free 30-day Prophet trial (prize value up to £15, 000) for the visitor/site with the most interesting application.
