LeadPoint launches SMS service

This week LeadPoint, the world’s first lead exchange market place, launches an SMS lead delivery service. In addition to receiving leads by email all LeadPoint lead buyers can now choose to have their leads sent straight to their mobile phones.

“The launch of the SMS service will enable mortgage brokers to improve their contact rates and they will be able to reach consumers when they are “hotter” said Nick Chapman, LeadPoint UK Managing Director. “All the leads traded on the LeadPoint platform are generated and delivered in real-time. It takes a maximum of 3 seconds between a consumer filling out a form on the internet requesting mortgage advice and a broker receiving the lead. The SMS delivery means that brokers can be anywhere in the world and still receive the consumer information as soon as the lead has been bought.”

Research shows that the quicker a consumer is contacted, the more likely they are to be converted into business. The SMS delivery system will allow lead buyers to contact consumers even quicker. “Now a broker will be able to get a hot lead whether they are at an appointment or on the golf course! Many of our broker clients said SMS delivery would enhance their LeadPoint experience and we are very pleased to now be able to provide this service. We always try and listen to our customers needs” said Chapman; “and the great thing is that our technology has the flexibility to allow brokers to get the benefits immediately. They just have to log into their account and change the delivery settings and they will start receiving leads by SMS. Our aim is to constantly improve the LeadPoint system by listening to our clients to find out what they want. We have a number of exciting new features planned in the next few months.”
