Pulse Train has been selected to provide digital behavioural specialists RedEye with its online survey software and analytics requirements for the next year. RedEye will be utilising Pulse Train’s Bellview Fusion Web to support the increasing demand for two-way online communication with customers and prospects.

Matthew Kelleher, Head of Email Marketing at RedEye comments, “The internet – especially email marketing – has an extraordinary two-way communication capability, with surveying playing a major part in any dialogue between the consumer and the brand. Providing feedback on products and initiatives to hone future developments alongside mechanisms to support customer comments to improve brand equity, are key to instigating quality digital communication. Crucially, surveying also provides the framework to collect the underpinning demographics and attitudinal data to support online segmentation.”

With surveying capability becoming increasingly critical to online marketing, RedEye appointed Pulse Train for their ability to provide both in-depth customer information and an exceptional level of support.

“Online marketing is changing rapidly,” says Kelleher, “and in the glare of the ISP’s war on spam, marketers are increasingly required to deliver pertinent communications. Relevance requires information and knowledge of a customer, with surveying being central to the process.”

Richard Collins, Sales Director at Pulse Train adds, “We are delighted to have RedEye, clearly among the “movers and shakers” in the e-commerce marketing space, as one of our clients. As their surveying technology source, we will be providing the instruments to support a level of customer information essential for a two-way online dialogue.”

Pulse Train is part of the Confirmit organisation, which is the world’s leading provider of software for market research and enterprise feedback management.
