Lemon Foundation, leading digital creative and production house, (www.lemonfoundation.com), is in a period of growth following a spate of recent hirings and new business wins. Four years after Matthew O’Riordan founded the business, Lemon Foundation’s permanent team is now 12 strong and works regularly with a large network of some of the best UK freelance digital talent.

Lemon Foundation’s growing client list incorporates both agencies and clients and recent appointments have come from a range of both, including Adventis, Carlson, Delete, RKCR, LBi and Curve Interactive as well as clients such as Hearst Digital (National Magazine Co), Green Alliance, Science Council and Insight Investments. Revenues in 2007 are already up by 45% on 2006.

The recent hirings include:
Guillaume Buat-Ménard, Technical Director
Guillaume is bringing 10 years of web development and 8 years technical direction in Digital media. After 4 years as Online Development Director at Deepend Ltd, he spent 5 years as Proximity’s Digital Technical Director giving him both small design agency and large corporation experience.
James Turnham, Web Developer
James Turnham joins Lemon after graduating from Sheffield Hallam University where he spent his sandwich year developing and managing software for GlaxoSmithKline. He brings a strong .NET background and a real passion for computer development. He is currently training to become a certified Sitecore developer.
Martin Georgiev, Senior Web Developer
Martin joined Lemon in September 2007 from the Royal College of Psychiatrists where he was solely responsible for development, installation, maintenance for both college websites. He has extensive .NET 1 and 2 coding experience as well as MSSQL and is very strong in XHTML/CSS. Martin brings wealth of .NET experience and a very calm and responsible attitude to software development. He is also training to become a certified Sitecore developer.
In addition, Lemon Foundation is also in the process of making a significant appointment to strengthen its creative offering in the near future.
