Rob Freedman, former Head of Marketing at Flight Centre UK has 8 years of experience in the industry and has been appointed to the role of Group Account Director for Travel, working on a number of accounts including First Choice Group. Another addition to the Travel team is Janet Davies who joins the agency as Account Director from her previous role as Account Director at DBD Media.

Etienne Gourdon joins The Search Works from his position at Dell as Online Sales & Marketing Manager, working on accounts including Comet, as Retail Account Director. Joanna Aston also joins the Retail team at the agency as Account Director, from her position as Account Director in Performance Marketing at Yahoo!

The Finance team has also grown, with the addition of Ross Duncan, former Head of Marketing at WebMoney and with 10 years of experience, to the role of Group Account Director.

Neil Stephens has also been appointed Sales Manager in the New Business team, coming to the agency from his former role as Business Development Manager at Mindshare. With 5 years' experience working with high profile clients such as HSBC, The Sun and Unilever, Neil is a welcome addition to the team to help continue their recent pitch successes, including Visit Britain and British Red Cross.
