Research Triangle Park, NC – December 12, 2007 – ChannelAdvisor, the leading provider of e-commerce channel management solutions, announced today the availability of DSRWatch utility available at www.dsrwatch.com. This innovative application developed by ChannelAdvisor’s experimental unit, ChannelAdvisor Labs, allows eBay sellers to generate a real-time report of their Feedback 2.0 Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs) that provides:

-Their Detailed Seller Ratings to the hundredths (note the eBay site only provides to the tenths decimal)

-The seller’s DSR rating tier which eBay’s Trust and Safety group uses to determine if a seller falls in the top 10%, top 25%, average or bottom 25% and bottom 10%
-The total number of DSRs that buyers have left for the seller

-The seller’s overall feedback to thousandths (one more decimal of granularity than eBay provides to sellers)

Additionally, sellers can receive email alerts from DSRWatch when their DSRs change (positive or negative). The DSRWatch utility is provided free of charge. Without DSRWatch, sellers must go to their feedback score online and look at their DSRs in ‘star’ format or use mouse-overs to see their DSRs in numerical (one decimal point only) format.

“eBay has announced that in 2008 DSRs will play an increasingly important role in how eBay both enforces seller non performance and advantaging sellers in search results,” said Scot Wingo, Chief Executive Officer of ChannelAdvisor. “We’re excited to offer DSRWatch to the eBay community to help sellers prepare for all of the changes coming in 2008 and give them the first solution for monitoring their increasingly important Feedback 2.0 Detailed Seller Ratings.”
