New teams will boost analytical and customer service capability

In line with industry trends and the continuous campaign growth in the UK and Europe over the last two years, Advertising.com, the world’s largest online advertising network, has introduced its new Quantitative Services (QS) and Client Services (CS) teams to support this expansion and boost campaign performance during the current economic climate.

Drawn from a mixture of existing international talent, the QS team will evolve the organisation’s analytical tools, reporting processes and critical evaluation capacity. The team boasts mathematics specialists with PhD and MSc qualifications from prestigious universities around the world. It will optimise revenue and profitability from Advertising.com’s dynamic display network to provide customers new levels of evaluative transparency and insight.

Working closely alongside the QS team, the CS team’s mission is to ensure that Advertising.com’s customers have access to a centralised team of experts for all enquiries and campaign management issues. It aims to galvanise Advertising.com’s already excellent customer service levels, so that expectations are consistently surpassed and that campaigns are delivered optimally.
