Fox IT, are first to sign with HP and speed- trap to become strategic partner for recently launched OV Prophet e-business decision support solution
Woking, Surrey 27th February 2004. Fox IT, 'the authority in IT service management' announced that it has signed a strategic reseller agreement to become the UK’s first authorised reseller of the recently launched OV Prophet and OV Prophet+ solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Fox IT will sell and support the OV Prophet e-business decision support solution developed by hp and speed-trap.
Announcing the signing of the agreement, Simon Burton, speed-trap’s sales director said: “We see our partnership with Fox IT as a key factor in taking OV Prophet to market. OV Prophet delivers a unique insight that enables users to access an accurate, real-time information source covering performance, usage, user experience, business process monitoring, and usability from each and every visitor to their web-site and on-line applications”. Burton continued; “in a nutshell, OV Prophet measures every aspect of real customers’ experiences”.
Commenting on the partnership, Richard Stinton, OpenView Business Development Manager for Fox IT said: “Given our position as a global IT Service Management company, providing organisations with consultancy, training and products in methodologies that help them to align their IT operation with the business strategy, OV Prophet was an obvious choice for us.
