Creative digital marketing agency, Hyperlaunch - a member of Digital Marketing Group plc, the AIM-listed digital direct marketing company, has made three new key hires across its business management, new business and creative teams, as it prepares for the next phase of its growth.

Reporting in to managing director Jon Morgan, Nicola Greaves and David Corlett will take on the newly created roles of operations manager and new business manager, respectively. Hyperlaunch’s creative team, headed by creative director James Humphrey, is boosted with the appointment of lead designer, Chris Minett.

Additionally Matt Brown, online PR manager, music, has been made head of the 10-strong online PR team, with former senior online PR executive, Chloe Browne, promoted to the role of deputy head.

Greaves is charged with managing the efficiency, productivity, staffing and facilities of the agency. Prior to joining Hyperlaunch, she spent three years at integrated marketing communications agency, Mason Zimbler, progressing from account director on international DM campaigns for VeriSign, to head of operations with responsibility for the efficiency and productivity of the agency during a period of rapid growth. Before that she spent a year at Carlson Digital, managing projects for Lurpak, Huggies and Müller. From 2003 to 2005 Greaves was a senior account manager at multi-disciplinary design consultancy Design Group International, running accounts for Reed Exhibitions and The Tea Council, and responsible for business development. In 2000, after returning from a sabbatical to Australia, she joined Chime Communications’ brand consultancy, AMD Brand Exploration. Here she project managed the Craghoppers account and worked on business development and company administration. After starting her career in 1992 as a marketing assistant at graphic design outfit, Currell Borman Communications, she spent the next seven years in advertising at legendary agencies, Collett Dickenson Pearce and Howell Henry Chaldecott Lury and Partners.

Corlett will support Morgan in identifying and responding to new business opportunities. He joins from Food and Drink Guides Ltd., where he was a media sales executive for four years, managing large national accounts including Barratt Homes, Swallow Hotels and Hard Rock Café, as well as developing new business. Corlett holds a BA Hons in Cultural and Media Studies from the University of the West of England, and is currently studying for a CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing.

Overseeing a team of four, Minett will act as the lead creative on all client projects, including Warner Bros, Channel 4, Universal Music and Harper Collins. After graduating in 2000 with a BA Hons in Graphic Design, he began his career as a new media designer/developer at digital agency, Proactive Productions Ltd. Three years later he moved to Greenroom Digital as a middleweight web designer working on projects for MTV, 20th Century Fox and Lionsgate. In 2004 Minett joined Hyperlaunch as a senior web designer and returns to Hyperlaunch now after spending a year as a lead designer at True Digital working on projects for Furniture Village and Cheltenham Racecourse amongst others.
