You at Work, the employee engagement specialist, has appointed digital marketing solutions provider Mailtrack to develop a platform aimed at employees, to encourage them to take up flexible benefits and rewards from their employers.

Using Mailtrack’s marketing platform ‘ProDigital’, which designs and executes end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, the ‘You at Work Benefits Engagement Platform’ will automatically integrate different employee benefits databases using behavioural data. The platform will then trigger targeted email communications to each employee announcing the benefits available and point them towards the You at Work website to allow them to activate the benefit. Additionally, the platform can also identify those employees who have yet to take-up benefits, but are most likely to, and will send them a targeted message.

Mailtrack’s ‘ProDigital’ platform will allow You at Work to offer comprehensive support for employers with data management, triggered emails and targeted employee benefit offers. Furthermore the platform will use ‘best-in-class’ technology to overlay Mosaic profile data with a behavioural targeting tool, to ensure optimum targeting and action.
