The Search Works launches German office

19 June 2008, London, UK – The Search Works, the digital performance marketing company and Europe’s leading search specialist, today announces the launch of a new office in Germany for paid search marketing clients.

As part of the launch, The Search Works has appointed Markus Backs as country account director based in Munich. Markus, who was previously head of sales at Overture Services GmbH (now Yahoo! Search Marketing) and RP Online, will be assisted in his role by Ben Gibson, new general manager for Europe, and the European implementation and editorial teams.
