Contemporary men’s lifestyle site has appointed independent online advertising and creative sales house w00t!media to bring new brands on board.

Mansized launched two years ago to provide an alternative to sites offering standard men’s magazine ‘babes, cars and football’ content. It focuses on customisable news headlines, topical debate, reviews and comprehensive advice from the country’s top experts. The community aspect of the site allows users to set personal challenges and post comment on topical forums.

Set up by former Men’s Health editor Will Callaghan, Mansized is aimed at smart men aged 25 to 40. The site sees over 1000 forum posts from readers every day.

“Our site offers very unique community for intelligent web users; all of our features have an interactive sense,” said Will Callaghan, Editor of Mansized. “We only wanted to work with a company that feels passionately about individuality and offers a custom approach. w00t!media don’t just offer a standard network advertising angle, but make sure adverts have specific relevance to our users. They can really see beyond traditional display.”

w00t!media Director Austen Kay commented: “Mansized is a great online destination for men with thoughtful and mature requirements. There’s a strong user community, which is an ideal foundation to bring exciting, relatable advertising to the site. This targeted market is relatively un-catered for, so Mansized is an interesting proposition for brands.”
