Mailtrack, the digital marketing solutions provider, is continuing its aggressive growth strategy with the appointment of eleven new members of staff including the two senior appointments of Nick Zak as Operations Manager and Tricia Temple as Account Director respectively.

Previously Director of Global Quality Management at IDT Telecom, Zak has over 10 years experience in the telecoms industry. He has been tasked with continuing to develop the professional services and project management delivered by Mailtrack in response to growing demand for these value adding services from clients. Zak will be responsible for the creative development team as well as systems administration and technical developments.

Tricia Temple joins from integrated marketing agency iris where she held the title of Account Manager. Temple will be responsible for providing strategic digital marketing advice and consultancy to Mailtrack’s existing clients including financial services organisations and retailers. In particular Temple has been tasked with advising clients on the correct digital tools and techniques needed to support their business objectives and to maximise ROI.

The remaining nine appointments include positions within the sales and campaign management functions across Mailtrack and Mailtrack Media, the UK’s largest, independent list broker.

The rapid increase in staff numbers at the company follows numerous new business wins including ‘You at Work’ the employee engagement specialist and Invensys Controls. These appointments also further develop Mailtrack’s client facing services.

Guy Marson, Managing Director, Mailtrack said:
