de-construct has appointed a new technical director Darren Richardson.

"Darren's expertise will contribute in helping us realise our vision of delivering seamless cross channel interactive brand experiences." Said Dan Douglas, Business Development Director at de-construct.

Before joining de-construct Darren was Technical Director at R/GA London working on a number of projects notably the Nokia Urbanista campaign as well as other Nokia work. Darren has also technically managed other clients that included Nike, Bacardi, SCJ and Danone.

Prior to R/GA London Darren was the Interactive director at Magic Lantern, and has worked in similar roles since graduating in 1996 for blue chip companies such as Cantor Fitzgerald, Man Investments and Lloyd's Of London.

Darren writes on a regular basis for web designer magazine on the subject of technology using Microsoft / Adobe products.

He has been the technical editor on several books published by O'Reilly and he is currently co authoring a book that is due to launch this autumn.
