Nuts TV is launching its first buzz marketing push aimed at driving awareness of its ‘Fights’ programming, produced by creative digital marketing agency, Hyperlaunch - a member of Digital Marketing Group plc.

Hyperlaunch will promote fight content available on Nuts TV with a ‘Supreme Fighter’ widget targeted at conversational hotspots for boxing, cage fighting and bushido on UK forums, message boards, social networks, microblogs, social tagging and blogs including SaddoBoxing, MMAZone, Cage Warrior, BoxPro and through social networks such as YouTube and Facebook.

The ‘top trump’ widget concept allows users to test their fighting know-how by creating a fighter from a selection of boxers and cage fighters, buying skills using allocated points and then selling these to create the perfect combination to test their fighters’ prowess against some of the world’s best.

Players can also use the widget to view the Nuts TV programme listings guide and visit the Nuts TV website. From September 1st 2008 Nuts TV will move from channel 207 to channel 196 on the Sky EPG and will broadcast from 5pm on Sky only. Freeview viewing hours on channel 42 will remain from 9pm to 1am.
