Tiger Tiger, the leading nightclub, bar and restaurant chain has overhauled its booking and information website www.tigertiger.co.uk with a new look and feel engineered by Aardvark Media.

Owned by Novus Leisure, the new site is designed to deliver a seductive brand environment for regular customers whilst maintaining clear calls to action supporting a friendly, easy booking process.

This is the second Aardvark Media led major re-design project in twelve months for Novus, whose venues have enjoyed a 20% uplift in online enquiries over that period.

“Recreating online the essence of a leisure brand like Tiger Tiger is not easy” said Kelly Beard at Novus Leisure. “Aardvark Media has managed to suggest the excitement of Tiger Tiger whilst improving practicality and ease of use.”

To improve functionality and customer experience on the site, Aardvark Media has optimised the ‘conversion funnel’ –the customer journey from enquiry to through to sale. “Web designers often make the booking process over complicated” explains Chris Johns, MD of Aardvark Media. “When you go up to pay for something in a shop, you want it to be as quick and easy as possible and it should be the same online.”

The website is part of a collection of Novus owned bar and club booking sites which include Latenightlondon.co.uk and strawberrymoons.co.uk
