Industry leaders join forces to provide innovative mobile media content,
delivery and support services.

CellStar Corporation (NASDAQ:CLST), a value-added wireless logistics services leader, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Buongiorno Vitaminic SpA (Italy, Nuovo Mercato: BVIT) to distribute mobile media solutions in North America, Latin America and China.

Buongiorno is the leading European digital media company in design, production and distribution of multimedia content mainly in the field of entertainment services to the wireless industry.

In addition to digital content, Buongiorno will provide Cellstar with its expertise in delivering and offering interactive mobile services, and also its know-how in creating and positioning products and content for mobile phones, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and the management of databases for clients. Buongiorno is the only media company to cover the entire Interactive Mobile Services value chain providing not only the media content, but also the carrier grade platform necessary for delivery to mobile devices through proprietary applications, messaging and SMS and MMS platform management.

In addition to mobile media platform services, CellStar’s partners will have the ability to create handset/content bundles. Using CellStar’s fulfillment services, retailers, manufacturers and carriers will have the opportunity to pre-load content or to pre-program a browser onto handsets to support targeted promotions, to jump-start data usage, or to create value added packages for their customers.
