Experian®, the global information services company, has appointed Gary Sanders as Principal Planner and Dione Rayside as Planner within the Decision Management practice of Experian’s Integrated Marketing division. Gary and Dione’s combined direct marketing experience will enable Experian clients to transform their strategic plans into optimised marketing activity.

Both will report to Nick McCarthy, Director of Decision Management for Experian’s Integrated Marketing division.

Nick McCarthy said: “Today’s marketers have a tough job on their hands trying to deliver concrete business results in a climate of tightening budgets and increasing consumer brand disloyalty. Effective operational marketing practices combined with multi-channel planning capabilities are crucial to enabling continued success.

“Experian is committed to delivering leading edge marketing support services. Hiring individuals with a depth of planning experience like Gary and Dione will further enhance our capabilities in this area.”
Gary brings eight years experience in campaign and data planning to his role at Experian, notably a speciality in digital and hot-keyed lead generation for blue chip brands such as HSBC, Ogilvy and AA/Saga. Prior to Experian, Gary was a consultant at Dudley Jenkins (DLG Group) and senior data planner at Tonic Advertising.

Dione will capitalise on her client facing and planning skills from her previous role as Director at Conduit Business Information offering full service B2B and B2C data and call centre solutions. Her new role as a Planner at Experian will ensure that data-driven multi-channel marketing campaigns deliver the required results for clients.
