Customer-centric platform enables superior customer management

18 September 2008: The betting and gaming systems provider, LVS (www.lvs.co.uk) has partnered with SAS UK (www.sas.com/uk), the leader in business intelligence and analytics, to launch an enhanced Enterprise Gaming Platform; a unique customer-centric gaming platform aimed at international betting and gaming operators.

The new offering combines SAS’ Customer Intelligence and Marketing Automation software with the LVS Gaming Platform, enabling betting and gaming operators to become more efficient, analyse customer information in greater depth and gain a better understanding of customer behaviour, preferences and betting patterns.

It offers operators an analytical approach to their marketing initiatives, enabling them to maximise the effectiveness of their communications and improve their customers’ experience, which will ultimately drive increased revenues. Furthermore, the enhanced platform will help operators to identify and limit fraudulent activity, whilst ensuring all activity is conducted fairly and openly.

The platform is unique in providing operators with the capability to monitor customer activity in real time, examine betting patterns and manage customers in terms of marketing campaigns, development of loyalty schemes, forecasting of customer behaviour and development of compelling customer offers.
