is today announcing its decision to bring together its European teams under one leader. Formally, Company Manager for PriceRunner Sweden, Peter Carlsson has now been appointed as General Manager for the impartial price comparison site.

Carlsson has held commercial and general management roles for PriceRunner since 2004, when he first joined PriceRunner Sweden as European Sales Director. In 2005, Peter was then promoted to Country Manager for the Nordic region for ValueClick, where he has been responsible for the overseeing of the Nordic operations for PriceRunner, Commission Junction and ValueClick Media.

In his post in Sweden, Carlsson has been vital in the successful implementation of Commission Junction and ValueClick Media divisions in the Nordic regions; Sweden and Denmark. All three businesses, namely PriceRunner, have developed considerably over the last three years and have almost doubled in revenue as a result.

Mattias Berg leaves PriceRunner this month to move onto new ventures. White comments, “We wish Mattias all the best in the future and thank him for his successes in this time at PriceRunner.”
