TradeDoubler, the global digital marketing company, today revealed plans to implement a major reorganisation of its UK sales structure by aligning teams to its key client audiences rather than product offerings. The new audience-centric approach is designed to better provide for agency clients in particular, offering them a new single point of contact for TradeDoubler’s full, integrated range of digital performance marketing products and technology.

The restructure will see Brandon Smith take on the newly-created role of Head of Agency Sales, reporting to overall UK sales director, Mike Glegg. Brandon will head up a dedicated team of five agency sales people offering an integrated sales solution to agencies. Their focus will be on bringing TradeDoubler’s integrated digital performance marketing portfolio – covering online advertising, affiliate marketing and search management and all served from a single technology platform – to agency clients. Aurore Hult has also been appointed Agency Services Director. Aurore will head up a team of 10 people, including account managers and technical managers, whose sole focus will be managing the day-to-day requirements of agency clients.

The new-look UK sales team will be fully operational from 1st January and this integrated sales model is expected to be replicated across TradeDoubler’s 18-strong country network in due course. TradeDoubler already works with over 50 agency clients in the UK and the new sales team will be tasked with achieving upwards of £10 million worth of agency-generated revenue in 2009.

Ben Wood, Managing Director TradeDoubler UK commented: “Agencies are key partners to TradeDoubler. In addition to our dedicated advertiser and publisher sales efforts, we are committed to building a strong, focused sales team devoted to better serving our agency partners. As media consumption and creative continues to converge so, too, do we need to present an integrated offering to our agencies, allowing them to better exploit the full raft of digital performance tools we have available and ultimately achieve real value and impact for the end client.”

Rob Sillars, Affiliate Manager at Vizeum, adds: “We already receive a high level of service and delivery from TradeDoubler, but this realignment towards the agency community is a welcome move and one that will help ensure we can continue to improve performance going forward. Our clients increasingly want fully integrated campaigns, not a modular service – TradeDoubler is now in a better position to help us, and its other agency clients, ensure we are delivering just that.”
