Fusion Workshop (www.fusionworkshop.co.uk) has been accredited as a specialist in Alterian Content Manager training and are the first such training centre to be based in Wales.
The centre will offer Editor and Administrator training in Alterian’s web content management solution, Content Manager Corporate (formerly known as Immediacy), to help users improve the effectiveness of their websites and intranets.
Because Fusion Workshop’s customer base is spread across the UK, the service will also be offered to them onsite. Customers in London & the South East, Manchester, Scotland and Wales are expected to benefit from onsite training services tailored to the organisation’s needs and demands.

Training will be delivered by professional IT trainers who have passed through exhaustive training accreditation programmes where they were assessed both for their Immediacy product knowledge and their training delivery skills. Becoming an Alterian Training Centre is by invitation only and following accreditation Immediacy will continue to track the performance of accredited trainers and ensure standards are maintained by monitoring the feedback provided by course attendees.
