Leeds based KAD Limited, an established retailer of high quality white goods brands including Bosch and SMEG, has developed a new website with the aid of Digital Therapy.

Digital Therapy, a leading Interactive Development Agency also based in Leeds, has created www.sinks-taps.com to enable KAD to focus on selling high quality branded sinks, taps and kitchen accessories online.

Richard Broadbent, founder and MD of KAD Limited comments, “The results have been staggering. In the first three months, sales have outstripped projections by over 300%. November’s sales target alone was achieved in eight working days and has had a tremendous effect on the business. The number of employees has increased by eight and internal systems have been enhanced to process the increase in demand. We have been able to expand our geographical customer base in a matter of months with orders coming in from all over the UK”.

“We created the entire user experience for Sinks-Taps.com. This included the development of a fully bespoke back-end administration solution enabling KAD sales staff to grow the site, administer product lines and monitor sales,” said Simon Jones, MD of Digital Therapy.

Jones continued, “More and more purchases are being made online as consumer confidence grows. There is an estimated £18bn going to be spent online during this Christmas period. This is not just down to great websites, but also great online marketing. Our Search Engine Marketing partners, Stickyeyes.com have been instrumental in the success of the website. When customers search on the Internet for any related terms to a sink or a tap, chances are you’ll end up at www.sinks-taps.com”.
