The Search Works, the digital performance marketing company and UK’s largest search specialist, today announces the appointment of Tim Cripps as SEO analyst and Chris Ellis as business development manager. The appointments come following The Search Works’ recent number of high-profile client wins, including Confused.com and Rough Guides.

In his new role, Tim will be working closely with the SEO team and director of search performance Gary Reid, to strengthen The Search Works’ social media offering. Tim will be capitalising upon his experience as SEO Account Manager at Propellernet, to support the team in delivering winning SEO campaigns to a range of clients including Confused.com, Cdiscount, Thomson Worldwide and RS Components.

Chris is tasked with building new relationships with brands, discovering new opportunities and closing business. Chris is no stranger to digital marketing, having previously worked with SEM agencies Greenlight and Weboptimiser and prior to which he ran his own internet marketing consultancy.

Commenting on the appointments, The Search Works’ managing director, Stephanie Carr said, “Both Tim and Chris bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team and will be a valuable addition to our ongoing efforts to further position The Search Works as the UK’s leading search specialist.”
