North West Digital Agency, KMP are partnering with How-Do to host a seminar on the topic of Reputation Management. The half-day seminar will take place on the 26th March at the MDDA in Manchester, and will cover topics including how to manage the online reputation of your brand through processes including buzz monitoring, stakeholder analysis, social media and PR techniques.

Jon Keefe is the MD of KMP, and will be discussing "Are you ready to manage to reputation," where he will be asking how social media ready is your business. Jon will talk about the resources, skills and time required to manage the reputation of your company and your clients online, compared to the resources that are currently available.

Rob Brown from Staniforth will be discussing the "PR Challenges of the Social Web," including how reputations can be affected, how reputations are built and lost and how you can manage your brand's reputation through the use of PR and social media. There are new threats and challenges to businesses since the explosion of social media, and brand reputations can be easily damaged. The impact of user-generated content (UGC) has a huge influence on consumer choice, and Rob will discuss this new velocity.

Simon Rogers from Market Sentinel will be presenting on the topic of "Managing your Reputation and Measuring the ROI," where he will discuss how to manage your reputation online through the process of finding and monitoring the conversations that are taking place about your brand on the web. Simon will discuss the techniques and technologies that are available to manage the impact of social media.
