London, 6th April 2009. With the soaring success of Internet World in previous years and an increase in agency visitor attendance at the show, it only makes sense to introduce a dedicated Agency Day in 2009.
Wednesday is Agency Day at Internet World and offers special content for the agency community. Professionals are invited to visit the show with their colleagues to take advantage of specialised educational topics and events on the day.
The expanded 400 seat keynote theatre will be transformed into an agency only experience, featuring exciting case studies, best practice, and the latest trends and concepts. Agency professionals will have the chance to hear from top level speakers from LOVEFILM, Ogilvy, Kantar Group - WPP, B&Q, and i-level, all on the one day.
Agency visitors are also invited to meet with like-minded industry professionals at the ‘Agency ‘Tweet Up’, put a face to a name or get an insider’s perspective at the ‘Tweet Up’ spot at 11am, located at the networking bar, sponsored by Protx.
Throughout the day, the 6 themed seminar theatres will also showcase featured topics affecting agencies today. Including seminars covering online advertising, PPC, mobile advertising, search behavioural targeting and many more. Exciting speakers include, Dara Brady Head of Advertising at Ryanair presenting in the Digital Marketing theatre and a Panel Debate by the Future of Social Media Panel in the Web 2.0 and social Media theatre.
To wrap up the day, an exclusive after party for all Agency Day Internet World Visitors will be held for professionals to mingle with agency peers, and meet with the digital gurus.
