is celebrating its 10th Birthday this week.

Within a decade, Code Computerlove <http://www.codecomputerlove.com/&gt; - founded by Tony Foggett, Louis Georgiou and Wini Tse - has gone from three twenty-somethings working from Tony's back bedroom to one of the UK's most successful and highly regarded digital agencies.

The £4.75m turnover business now employs 55 people in its stunning bespoke designed offices on Jutland Street in Manchester City Centre.
It's one of only a handful of significant players in the full service digital marketing agency category outside London, offering website design, build and management; campaign strategy and implementation,
e-marketing and media buying.

From its first client - Dr Martins, Code has attracted some of the world's top brand names including HMV, Waterstone's, Umbro, RHM/Premier Foods - Hovis, Nimble, Sharwoods, Mr Kipling, Bisto, Paxo, Lyon's, Robertson's; Kimberley Clark Corporation - Huggies, Kotex, Little Swimmers, Poise; BUPA, Nokia, NUSSL, Akzo Nobel, Carrier, Refuge, Bruntwood, V&A, Keele University, Crown Paints, PZ Cussons (Imperial Leather, Original Source & Carex), Matalan, Butlins, Brother, NUS, McArthurGlen, NWDA, Hillarys and First TransPennine Express.

It's also won a raft of industry awards - more than 50 now - on both a national and regional level.

But it's the team's modest attitude and the agency's culture that CEO Tony Foggett is most proud of.

Foggett said: "I am often apologetic when I look at where we've come in 10 years and have to pinch myself when I take stock of the successes we've achieved. It's been an amazing decade.

"But we've never lost sight of the importance of having fun and putting 'computerlove' into what we do. Yes we're commercially minded - which is why we were voted the national number one for ROI last year - but that's not what clients love about us (well so they tell us!). We're passionate about what we do and this comes through in our creativity and strategies. Our can-do attitude and solutions-led approach is complemented by a talented team, and it's the application of this talent that really makes us stand out from other digital agencies.

Foggett went on: "We've built the business by offering sound strategic thinking and a clear understanding of the ways digital can help improve a brand's performance and profitability..oh and working a few late nights making sure that we hit client's deadlines!

"Being a digital specialist has also been a cornerstone of our success.
When digital is a bolt on, you may get a nice integrated approach, but digital needs to have a focused and longer-term strategy.

And the future? Foggett added: "We're continually evolving the business to stay ahead, you have to be flexible as you don't' know what's around the corner. We are certainly looking forward to the next ten years and all the high and lows along the way."
