PriceRunner.co.uk is today announcing the promotion of Marc Thomas to Head of Sales and Partnerships.

In his new role, Thomas will manage the publisher division as well as heading up the sales team, and personally overseeing 50% of Pricerunner’s revenue. His new responsibilities will include increasing the publisher base, as well as acquiring new advertisers to the site. Additionally he will be directing existing PriceRunner key partnerships, including Which? and Nectar.

Thomas joined PriceRunner in 2005 as sales executive, before being promoted to Head of Sales last year. Since then, internally, he has received the award for ‘Empowering Your Team to Make a Difference’, which highlights how his leadership skills help drive PriceRunner forward. Amongst his many achievements he cites his most memorable as landing the largest single display campaign within PriceRunner’s 10 year history in December 2008 with Walker Media.
