The Scout Association has appointed London based digital agency Barracuda Digital (www.barracuda– ) as their first search marketing agency. Barracuda won the business in a competitive, three-way pitch and work starts immediately.

The task entails driving natural search traffic to The Scout Association site by improving rankings against keyword research and increasing the amount of enquiries per month. A key element is to plan the creation of new content in order to maximise their traffic possibilities. Barracuda will also utilise a number of strategies including Best Practice, on-page optimisation, key-phrase and market analysis and robust, inbound link-building.
