Latitude (, a leading European digital marketing agency, today announces that it is to increase its workforce by 10% over the next 3 months, with numerous roles already open. The new roles have been created as a result of recent client wins including Virgin Games and Land Rover amongst others, the success of new product offerings in online display, affiliate marketing and conversion analytics and the expansion of their SME search marketing offering, Latitude Express, which grew 184% in 2008.

A major driver is the success of Latitude’s Express offering for SME’s as more small and mid-sized businesses shift spend to PPC ( and SEO ( The combination of cutting edge technology and a highly skilled UK-based team has meant Latitude have stayed ahead of the field in the SME market. This growth looks set to be fuelled by diversification into other areas of SME digital marketing with new product launches into online display and affiliate marketing.

The online display part of the business has quickly reached a multi-million pound run-rate due to a focus on performance and targetting. Furthermore the conversion analytics team has grown on the back of the economic situation, with clients prioritising making spend more effective and measurable. The team is now running analytics campaigns for over 150 clients and looking to aggressively expand that number, as well as the number of technology packages they are compatible with.

Latitude CEO, Alex Hoye, said of the move “We are pleased that a number of these new roles are in the graduate recruitment sector, which is struggling this year. This supports our ethos of hiring and training the best raw talent. The positions have become available due to digital marketing’s resilience through measurability and a strong Q2 for us, with new client wins and successful product launches.”
