London – 27 October 2009 – Shopzilla® Europe, a leading comparison shopping website, announced today the winners of its annual UK BizRate® Circle of Excellence awards. The award recognises the top performing online retailers that provided outstanding customer experiences throughout the year, as rated by their customers.

Shopzilla determines the winners by evaluating the customer satisfaction scores earned by the thousands of retailers that participate in the Shopzilla Customer Feedback Programme. Online stores earning the prestigious UK Circle of Excellence award were rated by their buyers at a significantly higher level* than the network average across at least six of the seven key satisfaction metrics for the time period August 2008 - July 2009. This year, 20 online retailers earned the coveted BizRate UK Circle of Excellence Award.
