The new engagement measurement makes it possible to unveil engaged visitors based on the interest they have in an online offer and the actions they take. As visitors browse the site, these values are added up and determine their level of engagement.

With Live Segmentation users can select visitor groups based on the engagement level and zoom in on their behaviour. This allows marketers to better target campaigns and content to their preferences and significantly enhance the online experience of customers and prospects.
