Growth is Key Indicator of Increasing Demand for Accipiter’s Online Ad Management Solutions

LONDON, UK and RALEIGH, NC – November 8, 2004 – Accipiter Solutions, Inc., an online advertising technology leader since 1996, today made several announcements at AD:TECH 2004 in New York. These announcements included increases in sales, new customers and ad volume as well as three new international resellers and two new industry white papers.

Accipiter announced that revenue in Q3 2004 increased more than 63% compared to revenue from Q3 2003. Accipiter saw a 500% increase in the number of new customers during that same timeframe. The number of ads served through Accipiter’s hosted ad management solution, AdBureau also grew by more than 33%. Q3 customer wins around the globe included ClickHype, PowerByHand, UpMyStreet and a number of other leading online publishers.

Three new partners joined Accipiter’s growing family of global online ad technology resellers. Argentina-based ClickExperts is the leading Latin American provider of tools for successful Internet advertising and direct marketing strategies to advertisers, agencies, media buyers and website publishers. Market Solutions, led by general manager Massimo de Magistris, is one of the most experienced and well respected teams in the new media space in Italy. Nordic-based Omnit AB has years of new media expertise from working with industry leading organizations, and has become a significant industry player in the digital and retail economies.

Accipiter introduced a new series of white papers studying the evolution and future direction of online advertising management.
