Sapient announced that its marketing services group, SapientNitro (previously known as Sapient Interactive*), was named a leader in the “The Forrester Wave™: UK Interactive Marketing Agencies – Web Design Capabilities Q1 2010” report published by leading independent analyst firm Forrester Research, Inc.

Forrester’s evaluation of the web design capabilities of nine leading UK interactive marketing agencies across 19 criteria found that SapientNitro to be a leader in transaction-led projects. In the report, SapientNitro received higher than average web site user experience review scores, with one of the sites provided for evaluation scoring 20 and the second reference site scoring 14. The report also found that one of those sites featured a “radically innovative interface”.

In addition, the report called out the following key findings:

• “Sapient performed well due to the consistently above-average usability of its two reference sites… strong measurement capabilities, differentiated market positioning, and credible tactics to prepare for emerging technologies.”

• “The agency’s London office deploys large global teams to deliver solutions…with a focus on how to help brands sell more or cut costs without sacrificing creativity.”
