Clipper Teas has launched a new iPhone application to support its ‘Revival Time’ experiential marketing sampling campaign that has been running in offices across the UK this summer. Digital agency Redweb designed and built the Clipper Wheel of Tea iPhone application.

The new iPhone application is part of a multi-media campaign to educate the public on the reviving and health benefits of drinking green tea and to raise awareness of their green tea offering. It is available to download for free from the Apple i-Phone store.

The application allows users to spin the wheel to decide who’s making the next round of teas. Friends can be added with photos and their tea choices, including milk and sugar preferences, and then it is up to the wheel to choose who is making the next cuppa!

Dave Burton, Head of Innovation at Redweb designed the application commented. “This is a really fun way of engaging people in the tea making process. With more and more people in offices using iPhones, it made sense to include it in the multi media campaign”.
