Agency Scores High Marks in Client Rankings Survey by YouGov
Announced in Inaugural Edition of Pitch Digital

London - Friday, 1st October……. Interactive marketing and communications agency, big:group has been recognised as one of the UK’s leading digital marketing agencies in an Agency Reputation Survey conducted by YouGov at the instigation of Pitch Digital. The new online trade publication was launched this week in association with industry experts, Marketing Week and New Age Media, to showcase the world of digital advertising. Rated by clients, big:group scored consistently high marks in categories such as value for money, effective creative, marketing strategy, account management, effective integration, and financial management. The agency was placed third out of a total of 47 agencies listed and was foremost amongst those British owned and operated.

According to Pitch Digital’s Editor, Joe Fernandez, the inaugural rankings “differ from previous surveys as it evaluates reputation credentials and is not based on declared billings.” The survey garnered the opinions of almost 500 marketers, ranking 47 agencies on creativity, value for money, account management, marketing strategy, integration, contribution of senior personnel and financial management. Built on the success of previous Marketing Week Reputation Surveys, the rankings carried out by YouGov are the core of the new Pitch Digital website [http://pitchdigital.marketingweek.co.uk]. Comments Fernandez on the findings: “What is clear from the top five is that clients are looking at all sorts of different agencies for their needs. Digital is no longer just a specialist’s playground, but, importantly, neither is it under the control of the mainstream advertising networks - yet.”
