Digital and direct agency Tullo Marshall Warren (TMW – part of the Creston group of companies) has promoted Business Development Director, Chris Pearce, to the board in the newly created role of Chief Client Officer. This new position will see Pearce, who has worked at the agency for three years, becoming the voice of clients in the boardroom with a remit to ensure that innovation, client satisfaction and best practice are top of mind across the agency at all times. He will also maintain responsibility for key clients across the business.

Pearce comments, “This is my dream job. We have a fantastic set of clients at TMW and, as digital and direct marketing continues to stretch its reach across their businesses, there are great opportunities to take clients into new territories and help them influence and engage with customers more effectively than ever before. In my new role I can ensure that their needs and aspirations are represented at board level and that we can match or exceed them within the business.”

Prior to working at TMW, Pearce was Co-founder and Managing Partner of integrated agency Blowfish Advertising where he ran the Virgin Mobile, Fortnum & Mason and Nat West Accounts. Before that he was Co-founder and Client Services Partner at Holder Henry Pearce & Bailey, worked in client services at JWT and also enjoyed a role working client-side at HSBC.
