As a result of sustained growth, significant new business wins and further consolidation with existing clients, digital and direct agency, Tullo Marshall Warren (TMW), has promoted several key members of staff in recognition of their outstanding contribution to the agency. Nicola Evans, Chris Hudson, Neil Oakley and Tom Bruce, who all work within the Client Services division, will now take more of a lead role, helping to devise effective strategies and drive incremental revenue for clients.

Nicola Evans, who was previously Account Director, has been promoted to Senior Account Director. Since returning from maternity leave, Nicola has become an expert on the Unilever account, building strong relationships with the client and successfully juggling a portfolio comprising of Flora, Flora pro-activ and Stork.

Chris Hudson takes up his new position as Senior Account Director, after becoming a ‘master’ of the Nissan Sports Programme during his tenure with TMW, part of the Creston group of companies. Chris’, who was previously an Account Director, remit has expanded to cover all product programmes for Europe, including the new Micra, Cube, Qashqai and Juke.

Neil Oakley’s outstanding work on the Diageo Guinness account, has led him to be promoted to Senior Account Director. Previously, an Account Director, Neil has played a major role in the successful Digital Engagement pitch for Guinness. He is now helping to deliver leading edge social content, enhanced relationship marketing programme, mobile and other below-the-line activity for the brand.

Finally, Tom Bruce has been instrumental in delivering strong growth for the Gordon’s Essentials and Radox account since returning to the agency 2008 after a short spell at Dare. He has built strong client relationships and unlocked several opportunities for TMW to inspire the nation to find new ways to enjoy a Gordon’s Gin & Tonic. Tom’s eye for detail, strategic direction and creative delivery has led him to become a leader in his own right.

Chris Freeland, Managing Director of TMW, says: “We’ve enjoyed some major successes in new client wins during the last few months, resulting in growth and expansion. These promotions are richly deserved by the team, who consistently and without question, deliver exceptionally high standards of work for our clients, in turn significantly contributing to overall agency success.”
