Digital and direct agency, Tullo Marshall Warren (TMW - part of the Creston Group of companies), has has announced no less than six senior promotions within the award winning, 45 strong, creative department. The appointments recognise and reward the high quality work produced by the some of the most talented creatives within the agency.

Formerly a Senior Art Director, Jeff Bowerman has been promoted to Deputy Creative Director. Jeff has been the driving creative force behind one of TMW’s biggest digital accounts - Infiniti. His talent spans exceptional technical skill as well the ability to continually devise the ‘big’ idea.

Audrey Chiang, who worked as a Creative Artworker at TMW for four years, has been promoted to Senior Creative Artworker. She has proved herself to be a committed member of the creative studio, embracing the online arena, working on brands such as Comfort, Persil, Bertolli and Sainsbury’s.

The creative duo George Bell and Tom Harman, have been promoted to Senior Art Director and Senior Copywriter. The pair, who returned to TMW in the summer of 2009 after being lured back to agency following just three months at direct response advertising agency Rapier, were previously Art Worker and Copywriter. George and Tom immediately hit the ground running, providing the creative flair for numerous pitch wins, including Lipton’s and Guinness.

In addition, Ian Fryer takes up his new role as Lead Designer. Ian has worked on a range of accounts, which have included Nissan, Guinness and Royal Mail’s MMC website. Richard Shepherd, formerly a Designer at the agency, has been promoted to Senior Designer.
