Adobe Scene7 has launched its latest annual rich media survey to ask ‘What’s driving your customer experience?’

The results will reveal which methods retailers are using to convert customers and what will be driving online commerce and marketing over the coming year.

Aimed at retailers, agencies, brands, manufacturers and high-tech companies, we had 550 people take part last year and are hoping to increase that number again.

Last year’s survey uncovered some interesting findings:

• 75% of respondents said they were planning customer experience projects in 2010

• More than one-third of respondents cited multi-media viewing (combinations of videos, zoom imagery, or animations) as the most effective tactic across all features

• Mobile and personalisation features were the least deployed but had the highest planned growth rates
