E-marketing specialist NP6 announces that it has agreed terms for the integration of the Paris-based B2D1 agency into the Group, thus broadening its strategic e-marketing offering and strengthening its position as a leading supplier of E-CRM solutions.

Created in 2001 by Thomas Le Guyader, B2D1 is a specialist email marketing agency.

With a staff of 10, B2D1 is a French agency recognised for its expertise in both acquisition and loyalty campaigns. The agency offers a 360° perspective on its clients’ email marketing activity : from consultancy to creative execution and operational management.

« This new development addresses the needs of our clients for bespoke consultancy. It is at the core of our strategy to offer expert advice in the field of E-CRM » states Yoann Denée, Chief Operating Officer of NP6.

The services offered by NP6 will be expanded by the addition of the areas of expertise currently provided by B2D1 (consultancy, marketing programmes, creative studio, co-registration…)

In the case of agencies, partners or resellers, NP6’s new dimension will reinforce the Group’s ability to supply more services and to support them in developing their sales.

Thomas Le Guyader, Managing Director of B2D1, adds «We have been using MailPerformance for our clients for over 4 years. As experienced users we are in a position to immediately offer our know-how to clients of NP6. This merger will equally allow B2D1 clients to benefit from NP6’s techno-marketing expertise.

NP6, which has recently strengthened its presence in Paris with new recruits and a new office location, is now accelerating this growth with the addition of the B2D1 team. With client service a top priority, NP6 will be able to exploit operational synergies with production teams in two geographic locations and by increasing the frequency of client training sessions in Paris.

Stephane Zittoun, CEO of NP6, concludes : « We are delighted to welcome the B2D1 team. It’s a highly regarded, fast growth business with many well-known clients and a vision which is in line with our own. We will continue to monitor opportunities in the marketplace, and it’s possible that we will be announcing one or two more acquisitions in 2011. »
