A look at some of the speakers:

• Olivier Blanchard is a renowned social media marketing expert who shuns any type of hype and is recognized worldwide as being the expert on social media marketing ROI. Olivier will publish his book ‘Social Media ROI’ later this year. In Brussels, he will show how to get results with social media marketing, and he will present a workshop on ROI.

• Dave Chaffey is the prime European interactive marketing expert since lots of years. Dave wrote five books on diverging themes, among which bestsellers such as ‘Total Email Marketing’ and ‘Internet Marketing: Strategy, Implementation and Practice’. He is also the author of several Econsultancy reports, and he will round up the event with a summary and a keynote address titled ’11 Joined-Up Digital Marketing Strategies for 2011’.

• Dela Quist is recognized worldwide as being one of the top email marketing experts. He is most known for his ground-breaking and sometimes controversial vision on email marketing. • Richard Sedley is Course Director for Social Media at the British Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is also author of the book 'Winners and Losers in a Troubled Economy: How to engage Customers Online to gain Competitive Advantage'.
