Search engine marketing agency Spannerworks take a strong step into 2005 with new staff members, an expanding client base and a lot to look forward to.
The agency’s latest client wins include SN Brussels Airlines and moneysupermarket.com. Big brands have been and continue to be instrumental in the unrelenting growth of the search industry seen last year. In line with the expansion of their client list, the agency is delighted to welcome new staff, including Dean Harvey who joined in December as their new Client Services Director. As further investment in their continued drive toward 100% client satisfaction, Dean brings over ten years of account management experience for clients including SAAB, Egg and Lloyds TSB.
His role is integral to the success of client focussed initiatives planned for 2005. “My job is split into two priorities – a happy team and happy clients. I have joined Spannerworks at a very exciting time and look forward to working with a great team of people and building on the many strengths established so far.”
This year brings the launch of Spannerworks’ client education programme aimed at the agency’s client base. By imparting technical and marketing expertise, Spannerworks expects to increase the value of its service and increase awareness in the possibilities of search marketing.
The agency also welcomes new media account managers, Charlotte Plumley and Claire Palmer, to an expanding paid search team and looks forward to a new pay per click trafficker and search engine optimiser joining next month.
In line with growth in the search marketing industry, the Brighton based agency has doubled in size over the last twelve months and look forward to moving into bigger offices in March, having fast outgrown their current premises.
