London, 30 January 2012 - Econsultancy, the leading provider of information and education to the digital marketing and e-commerce industries, has today announced the launch of the UK’s first Graduate Certificates to focus on specific digital skills.

Having just received academic accreditation, these courses enable delegates to study the academic side of digital, gain a qualification and to apply it to their every day role. Ranging across a range of specific digital disciplines they provide the opportunity to gain an accredited digital qualification.

Developed out of demand, Econsultancy’s Graduate Certificates address the need for a learning platform that is in between a one day course and an MSc qualification tailored for the digital industry. Each course has an emphasis on practical skill development combined with rigorous academic understanding.

Available courses include Analytics, SEO, eCRM, Reputation Management, Community Management, Merchandising, Social Commerce, Digital Business and Account Management, Integrated Marketing Communications and Creating Customer Journeys.

Each course consists of two modules delivered through a combination of face to face Econsultancy training days, MMU tutorials, online support and work based assignments. The combination of practitioner trainers supported by MMU staff offer a robust academic approach that can be matched to a recognised standard.
