Service design specialist Seren has appointed Paul Hackett (ex Saatchi & Saatchi NZ and TEQUILA\ London) as strategic account director.

“I’m truly excited to be joining Seren,” says Hackett. “They really understand how to translate insight into multi-channel advantage.” His brief will be delivering Seren’s design expertise and philosophy of functional branding to clients in the telecommunications, media and legal sectors.

Hackett is an ex-MD of Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand, COO of TEQUILA\London. He recently co-led the design of Frudoo, the UK’s largest integrated preference-led mobile and social venture platform. He has previously led award-winning campaigns for adidas, BMW, Barclays, BT, IBM, Nissan Europe, O2, Westpac Trust and Visa.
